ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED that: 1. JMI's motion to compel discovery from Western (Docket No. 38) is GRANTED. 2. Western's motion to strike (Docket No. 42) is DENIED. 3. Western's objections to Interrogatory Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 are OVERRULED. 4. Western is given twenty (20) days from the date of entry of this Order in which to amend or supplement its answers to Interrogatory Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 20, and 22 as directed herein. 5.
