REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re 18 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by JT Knoblock, Keith Jones. For the reasons stated above, the Magistrate Judge recommends that the motion for summary judgment be granted and this case be dismissed with prejudice, that the Plaintiff be taxed with costs other than attorneys' fees and that any appeal in forma pauperis not be certified as taken in good faith. Under Rule 72(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, any party has 14 days from receipt of this Report and Recommendation in which to file any written objections to this Recommendation with the District Court. Any party opposing said objections shall have 14 days from receipt of any objections filed in this Report in which to file any responses to said objections. Failure to file specific objections within 14 days of receipt of this Report and Recommendation can constitute a waiver of further appeal of this Recommendation. ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS for 18 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by JT Knoblock, Keith Jones, 21 Report and Recommendation. On March 2, 2018, the magistrate judge issued a Report and Recommendation (DE #21), to which no timely objections have been filed. The Report and Recommendation is therefore ACCEPTED and made the findings of fact and conclusions of law of this court. For the reasons expressed therein, it is hereby ORDERED that the defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 18) is GRANTED, and this case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
