REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: For the reasons stated above, the Magistrate Judge recommends this case be dismissed without prejudice for failure to obey Court orders and to prosecute. Under Rule 72(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, any party has 14 days from receipt of this Report and Recommendation in which to file any written objections to this Recommendation with the District Court. Any party opposing said objections shall have 14 days from receipt of any objections filed in this Report in which to file any responses to said objections. Failure to file specific objections within 14 days of receipt of this Report and Recommendation can constitute a waiver of further appeal of this Recommendation. ORDER: This case has been reassigned to the undersigned Judge. Pending before the Court is the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (see Doc. No. 19), to which no timely objections have been filed. (Doc. No. 22). The Magistrate Judge recommends that the case be dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to obey Court orders and to prosecute her case. The Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation, and concludes that it should be adopted and approved. Accordingly, Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is GRANTED. This action is DISMISSED without prejudice, and the Clerk is directed to close the file. Defendant's Motion to Compel (Doc. No. 14) is DENIED as moot. Signed by District Judge William L.
