MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The plaintiff is herewith ASSESSED the civil filing fee of $350.00. The Clerk is instructed to send the plaintiff a service packet (a blank summons and USM 285 form) for each defendant remaining in this action (Sherrell, Turner, Jackson, Horton and Messenger). The plaintiff will complete the service packets and return them to the Clerk's Office within twenty one (21) days of the date of receipt of this order. ORDER: On April 25, 2018, the magistrate judge issued a Report and Recommendation (DE #74), to which no timely objections have been filed. The Report and Recommendation is therefore ACCEPTED and made the findings of fact and conclusions of law of this court. For the reasons expressed therein, it is hereby ORDERED that the plaintiff's motion to voluntarily dismiss this case with prejudice is GRANTED. All pending motions are hereby DENIED as moot.
