ORDER denying 9 Motion for Disclosure; denying 10 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; denying 11 Motion to Dismiss; denying 12 Motion ; denying 13 Motion. The Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence under 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 is GRANTED. The Judgment in Criminal Case No. 2:99-cr-20272-JTF-1 is VACATED. The Defendant is sentenced to time served, to be followed by a three-year period of supervised release. All other terms and conditions the Court imposed in its Judgment are reimposed.
