MEMORANDUM OPINION - granting defendants' 136 Motion to Decertify the Class filed by Barbara J Allsup, Allsup's Convenience Stores Inc, Lonnie D Allsup - all opt-in plaintiffs are Dismissed from this action w/o prejudice to each such opt-in pltf filing a suit in his or her own behalf. To avoid prejudice to individual opt-in pltfs who may choose to file their own cases, the Court invokes its equity powers to toll the applicable statute of limitations for 30 days after entry of this Order.
