Memorandum Opinion and Order: MBNA's motion to confirm the arbitration award is GRANTED. Tha arbitration award issued on January 14, 2005 is hereby CONFIRMED. MBNA's motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff's breach of contract claim is GRANTED. MBNA's motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff's Truth-in-Lending Act Claim is DENIED.
