Memorandum Opinion and Order re 30 Motion to Strike filed by Jeffrey Jones, 31 Motion to Strike filed by United Parcel Service, Inc, 21 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by United Parcel Service, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, the court concludes that Defendant has shown that there is no genuine issue of material fact as to Plaintiff's claim of religious discrimination. Accordingly, the court grants Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. The court dismisses this action with prejudice. The court also denies as moot Plaintiffs Motion to Strike Defendant's Summary Judgment Evidence and denies as moot Defendants Objections to and Motion to Strike Plaintiff's Summary Judgment Evidence.
