Memorandum Opinion and Order granting 19 Motion to Dismiss filed by State of Texas, denying as moot 12 Motion for Rule 7 Reply filed by D. R. McKee, K. R. Griffin; and granting 7 Motion to Dismiss filed by County of Dallas. All claims against the State of Texas and the County of Dallas are dismissed with prejudice. Within twenty (20) days of the date of this memorandum opinion and order, the plaintiffs shall file a written notice with the court showing any cause they may have for failure to serve Clancy within 120 days from the date of removal.
