FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE. Before the Court is CompuCom Systems, Inc.'s ("Plaintiff") Motion for Entry of Default Judgment [ECF No. 47]. The undersigned respectfully recommends that the District Court GRANT in part and DENY in part Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Default Judgment [ECF No. 47]. The undersigned recommends that the District Court grant the relief requested in this motion except for the damages amount and request for declaratory relief. The undersigned recommends that the District Court deny the motion with respect to the declaratory relief and defer its ruling on the amount of damages until after Plaintiff submits supplemental briefing establishing the reasonableness of its requested fees.
