MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS CitiMortgage's motion for summary judgment on its judicial-foreclosure claim. Doc. 104. The Court therefore ORDERS that CitiMortgage is authorized to foreclose on the Bowmans' home, commonly known as 4429 Potomac Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75205 pursuant to the note, the security instrument, and Tex.
