Order Accepting 20 Findings and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge: Accordingly, the court grants 11 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint and dismisses with prejudice Johnson's Title VII discrimination claims against Defendants.
