MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Before the Court is Target Corporation's Motion for Summary Judgment [Docket Entry #12]. The Court DENIES the Motion for Summary Judgment. If Nancy Grubbs plans to make an argument that she is entitled to an adverse inference because of alleged spoliation of the plastic piece, she must submit briefing explaining that argument and the inference sought, by 7/20/2016.
