Memorandum Opinion and Order: The court concludes that the 68 findings and conclusions of the magistrate judge with respect to Plaintiffs' Petition for Fees are correct; accepts them as those of the court; grants Plaintiffs' 61 Petition for Fees to the extent recommended by the magistrate judge; and awards Plaintiffs $1,435 for the attorney's fees and costs incurred in connection with their 43 Motion to Compel.
