MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS Plaintiffs' 151 Motion to Reconsider the Court's Order Denying Class Certification. The Court finds that Plaintiffs' proposed class is adequately defined and clearly ascertainable. Further, the class meets all four prerequisites of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(a) and satisfies the predominance and superiority requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(b). Upon reconsideration, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification. Accordingly, the Court DENIES as moot Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Second Class Certification Motion. Henry Seeligson, John M. Seeligson, Suzanne Seeligson Nash, and Sherri Pilcher are appointed as Class Representatives; and Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP, the Seidel Law Firm, P.C., Wick Phillips Gould & Martin, LLP, and Mattingly & Roselius, PLLC are appointed as Class Counsel. (Ordered by Judge Ed Kinkeade on 1/6/2017) (axm)
