MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The court grants Defendant's 13 Motion to Dismiss with respect to Plaintiff's discrimination claims that arose from her First Charge, as those claims are procedurally time-barred for her failure to file suit within 90-days of receiving her right-to-sue letter. These claims are dismissed with prejudice. The court denies without prejudice Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's discrimination claims that arose from her Second Charge. The court also directs Plaintiff to file an amended pleading to remove all claims that arose from the procedurally time-barred First Charge by 5/1/2017. (Ordered by Judge Sam A Lindsay on 3/31/2017) (sss)
