Findings and Recommendations on Case re: 3 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Doyle Ray Robertson. Pursuant to Rule 4 of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases, the Court should deny Robertson's 28 U.S.C. ยง 2254 habeas application without prejudice to his right to fully and properly exhaust state court remedies, and also should direct that the Clerk of Court serve any order adopting this recommendation on the Texas Attorney General. A copy of these findings, conclusions, and recommendation shall be served on all parties in the manner provided by law. Any party who objects to any part of these findings, conclusions, and recommendation must file specific written objections within 14 days after being served with a copy.
