Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation on Case re: 5 Order And Notice of Deficiency. Plaintiff filed her complaint and did not comply with Fed. R. Civ. P. 8 and she failed to pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court therefore sent Plaintiff a notice of deficiency. The Court informed Plaintiff that failure to cure the deficiency within thirty days could result in a recommendation that this complaint be dismissed.
