FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE. This case has been referred to United States Magistrate Judge Paul D. Stickney. Before the Court is Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint [ECF No. 7] ("Motion to Dismiss") filed by Defendant Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the "Commissioner") on May 12, 2017.
