MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS the motion for protective order 18 and enters this order, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(c)(1)(A), forbidding the disclosure to Plaintiff John Stancu of information in the EEOC's files of other charging parties who have brought claims against Hyatt.
