Nos. 9, 11, & 12]; deny Plaintiff Sherri R. Lowe's motions construed as unauthorized further attempts to amend her claims [Dkt. Nos. 32, 33, & 49] without prejudice; dismiss without prejudice all claims except those against unnamed Dallas Police Department ("DPD") officers in violation of the Fourth Amendment and procedural due process; allow Lowe leave to file, within a reasonable time to be set by the Court, an amended complaint that cures the deficiencies identified in the findings, conclusions, and recommendation; and, if Lowe fails to properly amend her remaining claims by the deadline to be set by the Court, dismiss those claims with prejudice and allow this case to proceed only on the Fourth Amendment/procedural due process claim against the unnamed DPD officers.
