Order: re: 6 Findings and Recommendations on Case re: 3 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, filed by Reginald Donell Rice. Plaintiff filed objections, and the District Court has made a de novo review of those portions of the proposed findings and recommendation to which objection was made.
