Memorandum Opinion and Order: Therefore, for the reasons given above, the court ORDERS that defendants' 60 motion for summary judgment as to plaintiff's claims and causes of action against defendants be, and is hereby, granted; that plaintiff takes nothing on her claims and causes of action against defendants; and that such claims and causes of action be, and are hereby, dismissed with prejudice. The court further ORDERS that defendants' motion for summary judgment as to defendants' counterclaim be, and is hereby, granted and that defendants may proceed, and are hereby authorized, to conduct a foreclosure sale in the manner contemplated by ยง 51.002 of the Texas Property Code as to plaintiff's interest in the Property.
