MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER FOR ATTORNEY FEES UNDER THE EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE ACT: For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART the Plaintiff's Counsel's Motion for Attorney Fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act (doc. 26). IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED IN PART. Plaintiff is awarded attorney fees pursuant to EAJA in the amount of $8,242.10, directly payable to Plaintiff.
