Findings and Recommendations on Motion re: 4 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by Lynda Harris Coker. It is therefore RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's January 26, 2016 motion to proceed in forma pauperis [docket no. 4] be DENIED by the district judge. It is further RECOMMENDED that the district judge inform Plaintiff that the complaint will be subject to dismissal without further notice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b), unless Plaintiff pays to the clerk of Court the filing and administrative fees of $400.004 within seven (7) days after the district judge's order. It is therefore ORDERED that the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge are accepted as the findings of the Court. Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis (ECF No. 4) is DENIED.
