Findings and Recommendations on Case re: 1 Complaint filed by Alisha Nicole Oestreich. Oestreich has failed to show that the decision of the Commissioner is either the result of incorrect legal standards or unsupported by substantial evidence. Recommended that the decision of the Commissioner be AFFIRMED and plaintiff's complaint be DISMISSED. Ordered that this case is TRANSFERRED back to the docket of the US District Judge.
