Memorandum Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated above, The court ORDERS that all claims asserted, or purported to be asserted, by plaintiff against any of the individual defendants in his/her official capacity be, and are hereby, dismissed without prejudice pursuant to the authority of 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e) (2) and 1915A(b). The court further ORDERS that all claims asserted, or purported to be asserted, by plaintiff against any of the individual defendants in his/her individual capacity be, and are hereby, dismissed pursuant to the authority of 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915 (e) (2) and 1915A(b). The court further ORDERS that from this point forward United States of America is the only defendant in this action and that the style of this action shall be "Vincent E. Thomas, plaintiff, v.
