FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE AND NOTICE AND ORDER: It is therefore RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's June 23, 2017 motion to proceed in forma pauperis [docket no. 2] be DENIED by the district judge. It is further RECOMMENDED that the district judge inform Plaintiff that the complaint will be subject to dismissal without further notice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b), unless Plaintiff pays to the clerk of Court the filing and administrative fees of $400.00 within seven (7) days after the district judge's order. Under 28 U.S.C. ยง 636, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff is granted until July 11, 2017 to serve and file written objections to the United States Magistrate Judge's proposed findings, conclusions and recommendation. It is further ORDERED that the above-styled and numbered action, previously referred to the United States Magistrate Judge for findings, conclusions and recommendation, be and is hereby, RETURNED to the docket of the United States District Judge. ORDER DENYING MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND SETTING DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT OF FILING FEE: It is, therefore, ORDERED that the decision of the magistrate judge 5 is hereby ADOPTED as the decision of this Court. As a result, Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (doc. 2) is DENIED. If Plaintiff desires to pursue her claims in this cause, she shall pay the full filing and administrative fees to the clerk of this Court no later than 8/14/17, or her claims will be dismissed without prejudice to their refiling.
