FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE, NOTICE, AND ORDER: Because the ALJ applied the proper legal standards and substantial evidence in the record supports the ALJ's factual findings, the undersigned RECOMMENDS that Judge O'Connor AFFIRM the Commissioner's decision. Under 28 U.S.C. ยง 636, it is hereby ORDERED that each party shall have until February 8, 2018, to serve and file written objections to the United States Magistrate Judge's proposed findings, conclusions, and recommendation. It is further ORDERED that if objections are filed and the opposing party chooses to file a response, the response shall be filed within seven (7) days of the filing date of the objections. ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE: For the reasons stated above, the Court OVERRULES Plaintiff's objection and hereby ADOPTS the FCR as the Findings and Conclusions of the Court.
