ORDER mooting 46 Motion for Summary Judgment; granting 47 Motion for Summary Judgment; mooting 48 Sealed Motion. The court therefore GRANTS Defendant Eli Lilly and Company's Motion for Summary Judgment. Dkt No. 47. Defendants other motions, Dkt Nos 46, 48, are rendered MOOT. The Court DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE all of Plaintiff's claims against Defendant. The Court further instructs the District Clerk to close this case.
