MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Coachmen's statutory claims under the Texas Insurance Code are DISMISSED. It is further ORDERED that each party must file by 2:00 p.m. on May 5, 2008, a supplemental memorandum identifying conflicts, if any, between Illinois and Texas law relevant to Coachmens breach of contract claim. Each party is to state whether any identified conflicts necessitate new or additional summary judgment briefing (other than the supplemental memorandum). The memorandum is limited to eight (8) pages (13-point font, double-spaced, with one-inch margins). Should the Court determine that additional briefing on the parties summary judgment motions is necessary, it promptly will issue an order establishing short deadlines for those submissions.
