MEMORANDUM AND ORDER The Magistrate Judge's 32 Report and Recommendation is ACCEPTED to the extent that he recommends granting Respondent's motion for summary dismissal on the grounds that Petitioner's claims concerning his burglary conviction are time-barred. The Magistrate Judge's report is also ACCEPTED insofar as he recommends that Respondent's discovery motion be denied. Respondent's 27 MOTION for Summary Judgment with Brief in Support is accordingly GRANTED.
