ORDER GRANTING IN PART Defendants' 16 MOTION for Summary Judgment: Jay's causes of action for fraud in the concealment, fraud in the inducement, IIED, slander of title, quiet title, and for violations of TILA and RESPA are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. ORDER that with respect to Jays remaining claims, Jay shall file a response to Defendants' motion on or before June 29, 2018.
