ORDER re 20 MOTION to Dismiss, FNU Allen terminated. The Individual Defendants Motions to Dismiss (Dkts. 20, 22) are hereby GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Individual Defendants Motion to Dismiss with respect to Officer Allen is GRAl. Further, Limestone Countys Motion for Reconsideration (Dkt. 53) is hereby DENIED. Signed by Judge Robert Pitman.
