MEMORANDUM DECISION and Order Denying in Part and Granting in Part the UTA's 5 Motion to Dismiss. The UTA's motion to dismiss the ADEA claim is DENIED. The UTA's motion to dismiss the second age discrimination claim is GRANTED. Dismissal is WITH PREJUDICE. The UTA's motion to dismiss the breach of contract claim is GRANTED.
