ORDER RE: DEFENDANTS' MOTIONS TO DISMISS. Defendant Theresa Sanders Motion to Dismiss ECF No. 19 is GRANTED. Defendant City of Spokane City Attorney Nancy Isserlis Motion to Dismiss ECF No. 20 is GRANTED. Defendant City of Spokanes Combined Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) ECF No. 21 is GRANTED. Defendant City of Spokanes Motion to Strike Portions of Plaintiff Frank Straubs Counter-Statements of Fact, Declaration, and Exhibits Thereto ECF No. 41 is DENIED as moot. Plaintiffs Complaint is DISMISSED. This Court grants summary judgment in Defendants favor on Plaintiffs due process claim under section 1983.
