REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. It is recommended that the Plaintiff's 9 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Carolyn Christine Chandler be GRANTED and the Defendant's 11 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Commissioner of Social Security be DENIED and that this case be REMANDED to the Commissioner. Any party may, within fourteen (14) days after being served with a copy of this Report and Recommendation, file with the Clerk of the Court written objections identifying the portions of the Report and Recommendation to which objections are made, and the basis for such objections.
