REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Recommendation that the Petitioners Motion Under 28 U.S.C. ยง 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody (Civil Action No. 2:14CV40, 1; Criminal Action No. 2:02CR25, ECF No. 69) be DENIED and DISMISSED because the Petitioners motion is untimely.
