MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: Because substantial evidence supports the ALJ's decision and any error on his part was harmless, the Court OVERRULES the Plaintiff's 20 objections and ORDERS 19 Report and Recommendation is ADOPTED. The Court ORDERS the Commissioner's 16 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED and the Plaintiff's 15 Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED. The Court ORDERS that this matter be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and STRICKEN from its active docket.
