MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ADOPTING AND AFFIRMING MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S 228 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION, DENYING PETITIONER'S § 2255 167 MOTION AND OVERRULING PETITIONER'S OBJECTIONS. Boswells motion for leave to amend his § 2255 motion 213 is DENIED, and Boswells objections to the report and recommendation 236 238 are OVERRULED. Boswells motion to expand the evidentiary hearing to include the amended claim 220 is DENIED AS MOOT and his motion for clarification and to enlarge time to file objections 231 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART AS MOOT.
