WASHINGTON – As the U.S. Congress debates the United States’ potential use of military force against Syria for the use of chemical weapons, the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) makes the authentic, digital version of the Senate resolution available on the agency’s Federal Digital System (FDsys). As reported by the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations on September 6, the resolution’s title is: S. J.
