SUBJECT: Government Publishing and Print Procurement Realignment – Purchase Division Update

As shared in Circular Letter 1173 - Government Publishing and Print Procurement Realignment, GPO Government Publishing and Print Procurement recently realigned the print procurement teams across our business unit in order to strengthen and streamline our internal operations.

PURCHASE DIVISION UPDATE

Effective October 1, 2026, Government Publishing and Print Procurement’s Purchase Division will no longer be divided into sections A, B, C, and D.

To place new orders with the Purchase Division, it is recommended to use Publish.gpo.gov. If unable to utilize this system, please send the order to the Requisitions Team at [email protected].

For any other communication about current or future orders, please contact the Purchase Division at [email protected].

Note: Correspondence and print orders related to term contracts should continue to be sent to [email protected]. Correspondence and print orders related to SPA should continue to be sent to [email protected]. Correspondence related to contracts and task orders for On-Site Contract Solutions should continue to be sent to [email protected].

REALIGNMENT OVERVIEW

No action is required on your part. We have moved from having individual regionally based offices to a single, nationwide GPO contracting team with four separate procurement divisions, each focusing on various types of specialized contracting. Most orders and contracts will continue to be handled by specialists you have previously worked with.
