Circular Letter No. 975
October 28, 2016
TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government
SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for Federal Labor Relations Authority Bound Volume Number 69
The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the Federal Labor Relations Authority
(FLRA) Decisions in Bound Volume No. 69. FLRA is charged with providing leadership in establishing policies and
guidance related to Federal sector labor-management relations and with resolving disputes under, and ensuring
compliance with, the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute by publishing decisions in bound volumes.
This is one way in which the FLRA makes Authority case law available to its customers. Volume 69 includes decisions
issued during the period between October 1, 2015 and September 30, 2016.
Authority decisions, decisions of the Federal Service Impasses Panel, and decisions of the Office of
Administrative Law Judges are also available – and searchable – soon after issuance on the FLRA’s decisions
page at: www.flra.gov/decisions. As the FLRA’s website provides current, up-to-date access to decisions,
and the FLRA continues to publish decisions in bound volumes, it will no longer issue Reports of Case
Decisions.
The estimated rider rate for the bound volume is $50.00 per copy, which applies to single destination, local delivery.
Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account.
All DoD clients should contact their local DLA Document Services Office. You can find your local office at:
http://www.documentservices.dla.mil/ or you can call the DLA Document Services Customer Support Center at: 1-
866-736-7010.
Send a Standard Form 1 (SF-1) to GPO by November 18, 2016. Please be sure to indicate GPO Jacket No.
395-970 on the SF-1 form. The preferred method of submitting a SF-1 is to e-mail them to
[email protected] with the Jacket Number in the Subject line. If you cannot e-mail the SF-1, they may be
faxed to 202-478-1762 or mailed to Agency Procurement Services, COMSTAT, Stop CSA, U.S. Government
Publishing Office, 732 N. Capital Street, NW, Washington, DC 20401. Field or regional activities should
coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC area headquarters’ Printing Officers before
submitting any paperwork.
If you have any questions, please contact your GPO Agency Publishing Specialist or call Agency
Procurement Services, DC Team 2 on 202-512-1239.
Sincerely,
