SUBJECT:  Rider Requisitions for the “Constitution of the United States of America: Analysis and Interpretation (Constitution Annotated)”

This Circular Letter is to announce the opportunity to submit orders for the Constitution of the United States of America, Analysis and Interpretation, Senate Document 117-12. The Constitution Annotated volume has been published as a bound edition every ten years, with cumulative updates issued in the intervening years biannually as inserts that address new constitutional case law, primarily from U.S. Supreme Court decisions.

February 16, 2023 has been established as the ABSOLUTE deadline for the receipt of orders to ride the printing of the 2022 Constitution of the United States of America, Analysis and Interpretation. Please use the following estimated rider rate when preparing your requisitions:

The requisition (Standard Form 1) should be made out for the “Constitution of the United States of America, Analysis and Interpretation (Constitution Annotated)” riding jacket 46-579.
