Appendix, Budget of the U.S. Government, Fiscal Year 2019 presents detailed information on individual
programs and appropriation accounts that constitute the budget. It includes for each Government department
and agency the text of proposed appropriations language, budget schedules for each account, new legislative
proposals, explanations of the work to be performed and the funds needed, and proposed general provisions
applicable to the appropriations of entire agencies or groups of agencies.

Analytical Perspectives, Budget of the U.S. Government, Fiscal Year 2019
contains analyses that are
designed to highlight specific subject areas or provide other significant presentations of budget data that
place the budget in perspective. This volume includes economic and accounting analyses; information on
Federal receipts and collections; analyses of Federal spending; information on Federal borrowing and debt;
baseline or current services estimates; and other technical presentations.
This volume also contains links to supplemental material available on the Internet at
www.budget.gov/budget/Analytical_Perspectives that includes several detailed tables showing the budget
by agency and account and by function, subfunction, and program, as well as other tables previously
contained in the printed volume.

eliminations and reductions and mandatory savings proposals.

Budget CD-ROM. The CD-ROM contains the full content of the printed budget documents and many
supporting documents for the budget in PDF format. Software to search, display, and print PDF files is
provided. A number of budget tables are provided in spreadsheet format. These budget tables include
Historical Tables that provide data on budget receipts, outlays, surpluses or deficits, and Federal debt over a
time period extending from FY 1941 or earlier to FY 2023.

The Budget of the U.S. Government, FY 2019 will be released in February. Because the page counts of
these publications are not known at this time, the actual rider rates have not yet been determined. The rider
rates contained in this letter are estimates based on previous printings and provided for budgetary purposes.
Please note that actual rider rates are subject to increase or decrease based on actual page count. However,
submission of your requisition(s) prior to production allows the printing of these copies during the regular
press runs. This results in substantial savings. Rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery.
Shipping charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Requests for advance copies cannot be
honored.
Send requisitions to GPO by February 2, 2018. Please be sure to indicate the appropriate GPO Jacket No. on
the SF-1 form. A separate SF-1 is required for each Budget publication that you are ordering. The preferred
method of submitting requisitions is to email them to [email protected] with the jacket number in the
subject line. If you cannot email requisitions, they may be mailed to Agency Procurement Services,
COMSTAT, Stop: CSPS, U.S. Government Publishing Office, Washington DC 20401. Field or regional
activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC, area headquarters' Printing
Officers before submitting any paperwork.
