Ben’s Guide is an interactive, mobile friendly site on the workings of the U.S. Government and history. It is named after Benjamin Franklin, one of our Nation’s most influential Founding Fathers and a printer by trade. Franklin's legacy of publishing information lives on in Ben’s Guide. The site is a popular education resource for children, adults and educators.
“We are honored the ALA has recognized Ben’s Guide for its important role in teaching children about our nation’s Government and history,” said GPO Director Davita Vance-Cooks. “I appreciate the support from the library community over the years in helping to make Ben’s Guide a rich resource for educators and children.”
