Managing Director, Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunity

As the Managing Director of the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunity (DI&EO) for the U.S. Government Publishing Office, S. Denise Hendricks administers policy and oversight of the DI&EO program. This includes efforts to ensure equal opportunity in employment throughout the GPO, provide for the equitable resolution of complaints of discrimination, require compliance with antidiscrimination laws, regulations, policy, and program directives and advise management on all aspects of DI&EO, including formulating and executing proactive initiatives in support of GPO’s commitment to equality of opportunity. In July 2022, as a result of GPO modernizing its program, the office name changed from Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) to the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunity.
