In 2017 the GPO LEAD Program won the prestigious W. Edwards Deming Award for exceptional training in the Federal Government for increasing employee engagement. In addition, Lane is a certified facilitator for many professional assessment tools and topics, and has developed, implemented, and facilitated Agency training programs and courses on personal leadership, professional development, team building, and supervisor leadership.
